Thank you very much dear honorable poet Niloy Rafiq and involved of Global Nation, Publishing my poem "WORDS" on your Pages "The Daily Global Nation 3 November 2025".

 

WORDS.... 

 

Words are not leaves in the wind,

that float.... and when

they fall to the ground,

they rot and become food for fungi and flowers...

Words are hymns

that seem to reach Heaven:

prayers are made on the backs of angels

and return to earth in the form of a wish

and grace us!.. 

 

Words have the power to change the world....

To beautify it but also to make it ugly!...

That is why our speech must be expressed with empathy

for the responsibility that words carry!...

 

Words, have their roots in heaven

and their face turned to the earth...

They are psalms that nourish the soul and

keep our spirit awake! 

 

Fortunately, the ancient path is still kept open and

we breathe fragrant words!...

ΟΙ ΛΕΞΕΙΣ....

 

Οι λέξεις

δεν είναι φύλλα στον άνεμο,

που αιωρούνται.... κι όταν πέσουν στη γη,

σαπίζουν και τροφή γίνονται

για μύκητες και λουλούδια...

Οι λέξεις, είναι ύμνοι

που σαν πιάσουν Ουρανό:

προσευχές γίνονται στις πλάτες των αγγέλων

κι επιστρέφουν στη γη σε μορφή ευχής

και μας χαριτώνουν!.. 

 

Οι λέξεις έχουν τη δύναμη να αλλάζουν τον κόσμο....

Να τον ομορφαίνουν μα και να τον ασχημαίνουν!...

Γι αυτό ο λόγος μας

πρέπει να εκφράζεται με ενσυναίσθηση της ευθύνης

που κουβαλούν οι λέξεις!....

 

Οι λέξεις,

έχουν τις ρίζες τους στον ουρανό

και το πρόσωπό τους στραμμένο στη γη...

Είναι ψαλμοί που θρέφουν την ψυχή

και κρατούν το πνεύμα μας άγρυπνο!

 

Ευτυχώς, που το αρχαίο μονοπάτι

κρατιέται ακόμη ανοιχτό

κι ανασαίνουμε μυρωμένες λέξεις!...
